Variable Stroke & Fixed Type Stroke Can Be Fitted With Rolling Key Type Clutch Only. Which Has Been Developed After Years Of Experience. Variable Stroke Features Enable The Press To Meet All King Of Operation By Employing Soft Stroke For Blanking And Forming Operations.
Rigid Frame is fabricated from steel plates with interlocked design. The interlocked construction of frame supports the ram and bed against any unexpected deflection under permissible loading condition.
RAM & BED:
Ram & Bed are made out of steel plates in suitable thickness. They are fully machined for straightness and parallelism and their upper surface is ground to keep the die in correct alignment.
Two individual gear drives transmit the power to the Ram generating uniform load distribution through out the length. Gears & Pinions are made out of high quality alloy steel. The gear system provides appropriate speed to balance the transmission of torque on the eccentrics.
